After a fall in Dec 2020 and rehab our mom needed to find a new home. After searching I was finally led to Westgate Villa. While I was waiting to meet with Emily F. I spoke with a couple that had lost their loved one and they told me they really liked the treatment their family member was given. Then I spoke with a women coming to visit her mom and she told me they were wonderful to her mom. Finally, I met Richard Y. the Resident Ambassador and I felt he gave me straight honest answers.
So, our mom moved into Westgate Villa in January 2021. Our mom is treated with kindness and caring! Westgate Villa works with the resident and their family to ensure that quality of care. My phone calls, texts and emails are usually answered in minutes, not hours or days. When I visit or call I am always greeted with a big smile and hello. I can rest at night knowing that our mother is cared about and cared for by good, kind people. Thank you to Aidah, Emily, Roselily, Luella, Maria, John Carlo, Shannen and ALL the Staff/Team Members/FAMILY at Westgate Villa!
My father is staying here and he is getting fantastic care. The staff are super caring and the facilities are immaculate. If someone has to make the hard decisions about there parents this place will make you feel at ease and help guide you through the difficult process.
My mom has been at Westgate Villa for 2 years. She is well taken care of. There are lots of activities to participate in and the best thing for me is they truly care about the health and well-being of the residents. After caring for my mom for several years I couldn’t do it anymore, I chose Westgate Villa because it was more “family-oriented” in my opinion.
I highly recommend Westgate Villa. My wonderful 96-year-old young mom has been living there for one year. She is very happy and receives the best care. The facility is full of life and fun activities. Excellent nursing staff that keeps me posted on Mom’s physical health. The caregivers are so very loving and kind, I consider them family. All meals are very tasty, healthy and the dining room has a festival vibe. Thank you Westgate Villa for taking such good care of my fabulous mom. What would I do without you !!!!
We have been so happy with the care my Mom has received at Westgate Villa. We love the family feeling of the residence, the warmth of the caregivers, and the accessibility of the management. We feel that communication with them flows easily, and we are always welcome to come by or share an idea. They have been wonderful about working with my family to make sure that Mom’s care is tailored for her. My Mom especially loves all the activities and outings, and she says, “When the bus for the field trips arrives, I am the first one on!”
They are in a great location, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, on the border of San Jose and Saratoga, yet close enough to major roadways so that Dr. visits are still convenient. Westgate Villa has been a blessing for our whole family.
